LikedIn a very good location for all activities but it was quiet on a night time

LikedThe car valet service was really good. We drove up, they unloaded our luggage and took the car away. Then when we checked out it was quick and easy they brought the car up in a matter of minutes,

DislikedThe check in procedure was long and cumbersome. I had booked online about 30 minutes prior to arriving but the room that was allocated was not ready and the ac was apparently not working. I asked if we could have another room and was advised that it would be an upgrade and that we had to pay for it. I said no so we had to wait around an hour. The pool is in shade so no sun. The towels in the rooms are thin and from white they are now grey with some edges fraying. In fact the towels looked like rags. Not what I would expect in a 5 star hotel. Some of the foyer floors are cracked and look tired.

DislikedNothing, it was wonderful

LikedRooms very clean. Location is good, the road is very busy but security are very helpful to help you to cross. Like that you could confirm interconnecting rooms by paying a little extra .

DislikedThe breakfast was not as great as I have lead to believe/ read. Staff were needed to to be told when items had run out and needing replenishing. Milk and juice were warm. Spoons, for cereal/tea and coffee ran out regularly. I have had better breakfast at lower rated hotels. Bath towels are very grey and shabby definitely need upgrading to meet the standards of a five star.
